We offer easy pick-up from our warehouse in Auckland. Once your online order is processed, you will receive a notification with pick-up instructions and available time slots. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid photo ID for verification.

What's your policy on returns, exchanges, or refunds?

We offer a 100% refund on change of mind returns. For opened or used products that are still functional, we offer a 50% refund. Otherwise, our returns, exchanges, and refunds policy adheres to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
